Our location
Nairobi Feline Sanctuary is located at:
Riara Ridge, Tigoni area, along Nazareth–Limuru Road, Kiambu County.
For the safety of the animals, staff and property, the precise map pin and arrival instructions are shared only after a visit has been approved and confirmed.
The website must not display the sanctuary’s exact GPS pin.

Visiting policy
The sanctuary is not open for walk-in visits.
All visits must be requested in advance and explicitly approved by NFS. A proposed date or submitted form does not constitute confirmation.
Visits depend on:
- The purpose of the visit
- Staff availability
- Current animal-care needs
- Group size and supervision
- Health, safety and safeguarding considerations
- Whether the visit could disturb animals receiving treatment or recovery care
Approved visitors must follow staff instructions and remain within permitted areas.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by responsible adults throughout the visit.
Photography or filming may be limited in treatment, recovery or restricted areas.
NFS may postpone, shorten or cancel a visit where animal welfare, weather, staffing or operational conditions make the visit unsuitable.
Animals must not be brought without approval
Do not bring a cat, dog or any other animal to the sanctuary at Riara Ridge, in the Tigoni area, along Nazareth–Limuru Road, Kiambu County, without prior written approval from NFS.
Arriving with an animal does not guarantee admission. Unplanned arrivals can endanger sanctuary residents, interrupt treatment and exceed the sanctuary’s available space or quarantine capacity.
To report an animal in severe need, use the severe-need form.
For TNVR assistance, use the TNVR request form.
